How to Order

1. Choose a Design ~ Browse through our images until you find a design you like. If you do not see a design that fits your occasion, we would be happy to design one for you. Please allow 3-4 business days for custom work.
   
    
2. Submit your Order ~ Email us at voula@2creativemonkeys.com with the following information:

   ~ Design Name

   ~ All permanent information. For birth announcements include baby(s) name, date of birth, time, weight, and length. For birthday, shower and christening invitations, include child(s) name, place of party, date and time, RSVP date and contact number (if required).

   ~ Picture(s) in original .jpeg form and minimum resolution of 300 dpi. We will crop and enhance all pictures as well as apply black/white or sepia tone for you, if requested.

   ~ Also include your name, full address, contact phone number, as well as your email address so that we can email your proof to you.

3. Payment ~ Once order is placed, you will receive an electronic invoice. Once payment is received, you will be emailed a design proof within 48 hours. There will be 2 rounds of proofing. Once confirmation of final proof is accepted, your order will be sent for printing.
   
    
4. Shipping ~ Once order is printed, it will be shipped to you. Shipping is normally 3-5 business days for Canadian orders and 5-8 business days for USA orders.
   
    
5. Refund Policy ~ If you are not completely satisfied with your order within 24 hours of receiving your proof, you may receive a full refund.
